Even if you already knew we were doing processing you should know we've already expanded since last year! With the purchase of another walk in cooler (that gives us room for about 30 deer) we are even more prepared to ensure quality.

Includes custom steak cuts and cubing, roasts on request, and burger. All boneless (unless requested for roast) and wrapped. Burger is packaged in 1 lbs plastic bags. Vaccuum sealed packaging done upon request at an additional charge. Backstraps can be left whole or butterflied.
